Unless specifically requested Domain Names are registered in the Autoweb.co.uk Ltd name. 2. 2. For as long as you are an Autoweb client, Domain Names are automatically renewed before expiry date so there is no break in service or charge to the customer. 3. 3. If a customer wishes to move to another website provider at the end of their contract, Autoweb.co.uk Ltd will transfer the domain free of charge. 4. 4. If a customer wishes to contact Autoweb.co.uk Ltd about any issue regarding our domain services, please contact [services@autoweb.co.uk](mailto:client.services@autoweb.co.uk) 5. 5. We will endeavour to respond to domain related contacts within 24hrs 6\.. We will endeavour to respond to customer complaints and will work with customers to resolve any domain name issue within 24 working hours 1. .co.uk and .net domains are registered through Nominet. .com domains are registered through 123-reg 2. Domain names and renewals are chargeable separately to any website package. For the latest pricing please email: [support@autoweb.co.uk](mailto:support@autoweb.co.uk) **Domain Registration and Renewal** All domain registrations and renewals through Nominet are bound by the Nominet terms and conditions which you can find by following this link: https://www.nominet.uk/uk-domains/policies/ All domain registrations and renewals through 123-reg are bound by the Nominet terms and conditions which you can find by following this link: https://www.123-reg.co.uk/terms/ Reasonable maintenance of domain registration for all customers is free of charge with all costs absorbed by Autoweb.co.uk Ltd. On contract termination with Autoweb.co.uk Ltd we will transfer domain names free of charge to your new service provider. **Complaints Escalation Procedure** We aim to give good service and value for money. However, we recognise that from time to time issues can arise that need to be escalated.
